Enhancing Flood Resilience in Education
Developmental challenges and infrastructural limitations faced by the education sector as a result of vulnerability to flood disasters were identified. The approach undertaken included participatory methods through key stakeholder interviews with local stakeholders such as teachers, students, members of the local communities, and focus group discussion with local administration and school authorities. These insights can serve as a foundation for context-based vulnerability studies and can also be used as inputs in the formulation of the local level development plans
